This route starts at the A10 by a light-controlled crossing. It heads generally eastwards and southwards to the alignment of the former Park Lane public road, and along that route, over the level crossing, to the remainder of Park Lane.

Legal History 15 Nov 2007: The Extinguishment of Vehicular Rights (County of Hertfordshire)(No.1) Order 2007 stopped up the public road reserving bridleway rights. 15 Nov 2007: The Stopping Up and Diversion of Highways (County of Hertfordshire)(No.10) Order 2007 altered the alignment of the route. 12 Mar 2010: The Hertfordshire County Council (Cheshunt 77) Legal Event Modification Order 2010 recorded the bridleway.
