The route starts on Brownlow Road (public road) not far from Northchurch 73 bridleway. It runs generally eastwards to a junction with Nettleden with Potten End 24 bridleway and Nettleden Road (public road), almost opposite Nettleden with Potten End 22 bridleway. We need a volunteer to photograph this route for this year's Access and Riding Rights of Way Survey. It's easy - just take photographs (safely) when you use the path. Find out more!

Legal History 20 Jun 1953: Nettleden with Potten End 23 was recorded as a bridleway on the original definitive map and statement. DM sheet DM3-20 (TL00NW).

Definitive Statement (4 Dec 2015) Path: [Nettleden with Potten End] 23.  Status: Bridleway.  Definitive Map sheet: 65 Commences at junction with county road (Nettleden Road) near Horseshoe Pond thence generally W across golf course to junction with county road (Brownlow Road) by War Memorial at parish boundary. Maintainability This route is maintainable at the public expense because it was a footpath or bridleway existing before 30 Apr 1959.
