| Legal History 1838: The route was shown on the Tewin tithe map as not subject to an apportionment. 2 Feb 1953: The route was recorded as CRB (Carriage Road used as a Bridleway) on the original definitive statement. DM sheet DM2-17 (Herts 28 NE). 31 Dec 1977: The route was shown as a byway open to all traffic on the special review draft map and statement. DM sheets SR-44 (TL21NE) and SR-58 (TL21SE). |

Path: [Tewin] 1. Status: Byway open to all traffic. Definitive Map sheets: 44 and 58 Commences at Upper Green Tewin thence SW past junction with FP 11 (TL 2677 1520) continuing to Margery Green thence skirting E boundary of Margery Wood in SE direction. Past Poultry Farm to junction with county road (C49) West of Rectory. |
