| Legal History 1841: Westmill 8 was shown on the Westmill tithe map as not subject to an apportionment. 2 Feb 1953: The route was recorded as CRF (Carriage Road used as a Footpath) on the original definitive statement. DM sheet DM1-12 (Herts 14 SW). 31 Dec 1977: The route was shown as a byway open to all traffic on the special review draft map and statement. DM sheet SR-24 (TL 32 NE). |
