This bridleway starts on the Old Uxbridge Road and runs generally westsouthwest across the A412 Denham Way to meet Shire Lane at the county boundary. Shire Lane is now recorded as a restricted byway, and is on the Buckinghamshire side of the county boundary. The bridleway continues to a subway of the M25 in Buckinghamshire.

At the time of the BHS 2022 Access Survey (6 Apr 22), the path west of the North Orbital Road was closed for HS2 construction works. The part east of the North Orbital Road was open, available for use, and signposted at each end. The signposts at the eastern end were partially fallen over.
