This route runs from Bucks Hill (public road) as a 'behind the hedge' sort of route, generally southwards then eastwards away from the road, then south again to join Sarratt 65 bridleway. It enables riders to travel from the riding track on Chipperfield Common to the bridleway leading to Langleybury while avoiding Bucks Hill.

The Jasmine Safety Track Trust was set up following the death of a pony in a car accident in Chipperfield. With the Chess Valley Bridleways Association, the Jasmine Safety Track Trustees raised the money needed to buy the land for a new bridleroute. The strip of land is some 10 to 13ft wide (3m to 4m). Although the Jasmine Safety Track Trust made the path available to the public straight away, they were still burdened by the need to maintain the route, and had to raise funds each year for this. In 2000, the British Horse Society suggested that money could be contributed towards the trust if the route were dedicated as a bridleway. This happened in 2002, and the final legal work to record the path as Bridleway 75 Sarratt was completed in April 2004. By completing this process, the County Council is now responsible for future maintenance. This is an excellent example of path creation. The Patchetts Green Bridleways Trust congratulates all those involved! In 2020, the Jasmine Safety Track Trust transferred the land to the Patchetts Green Bridleways Trust for future safekeeping of the bridleway.

Legal History The Hertfordshire County Council (Sarratt Bridleway 75) Legal Event Modification Order 2004 added this path to the definitive map.

Commencing from E side of Bucks Hill (county road) at TL 0518 0104 thence generally S (parallel to the road but separate from it - crossing Footpath 64 Sarratt) for approximately 280m to TL 0529  0079, thence generally NE for approximately 50m to a junction with Footpath 64 Sarratt at TL 0533  0081 thence generally E for approximately 100m to junction with Footpath 64a Sarratt at TL 0544  0080 thence generally S for approximately 125m to junction with Bridleway 65 Sarratt at TL 0548  0068.
