Annotated map reproduced courtesy of Googlemaps.	This route starts at Roydon Road and runs generally southwards to pass under the A414 via a good-height underpass. It then passes into the Lee Valley park area, and runs westwards, parallel to the A414 to a junction with a Parks Path. The bridleway continues southwards, offering good views of the lakes, to end on Toll Road. At the time of the BHS 2021 Access Survey (5 Sep 21), no gates were across the path and it was signposted at each end. 2 Feb 1953: Stanstead Abbotts 19 was recorded as a bridleway on the original definitive map and statement. DM sheet DM2-26 (Herts 30 SW) and DM2-33 (Herts 37 NW).
31 Dec 1977: The route was shown as a bridleway on the special review draft map and statement. DM sheets SR-60.
The route was diverted to its current alignment when the A414 was constructed. Definitive Statement (4 Dec 2015)

Commences from Roydon Road W of Almshouses thence SE past Ryegate Farm to TL 3936 1092 continuing SE under A 414 Stanstead Abbotts Bypass for approx 80m to a junction with FP 23 at TL 3942 1086 thence generally SW adjacent to S side of Bypass for approx 350m to TL 3909 1075 thence generally SE for approx 350m to a junction with FP 11 at its junction with FP 10 on Toll Road at TL 3938 1057.
