This path runs from
St Stephen 4 bridleway and
Byway 72 in Job's Wood to Bell Lane, which leads to High Street, Bedmond.
At the time of the BHS 2021 Access Survey (4 Aug 21), two gates were across the path. The first could be opened from horseback and the seocnd had a gap to the side. The route was signposted at the Bedmond end and waymarked at various points along the route. |

Legal History 20 Jun 1953: St Stephen 41 and Abbots Langley 67 were recorded as a footpath on the original definitive map and statement. DM sheet DM3-29 (TL00SE) and DM3-30 (TL10SW). (Also see Herts 39 NW) 31 Dec 1977: St Stephen 41 and Abbots Langley 67 were shown as a bridleway on the special review draft map and statement. DM sheets SR-75 and SR-76. 29 Dec 2021: Applied for St Stephen 41 to be recorded as restricted byway, and to correct teh definitive statement cross reference. HCC reference STA. |

Path: [St Stephen] 41. Status: Bridleway. Definitive Map sheet: 76 Commences at junction with BR4 and BOAT 72 at TL 1046 0346 near Ninnings Farm thence NW along Parish boundary to junction with FP55 and BR 67a (Abbots Langley). Note cross reference should be to BW 67 rather than BW 67a Path: [Abbots Langley] 67. Status: Bridleway.
