PG: OBJECTS: PROMOTION: St Stephen Potential new route (2021) through planning |
![]() Annotated map reproduced courtesy of Googlemaps. |
The orange route shown left is offered as part of a planning application for the former Burston Nurseries site. This would join St Stephen 3 to Lye Lane without having to use the verge of the A405 North Orbital Road. The development also proposes a Pegasus crossing of the A405, so rejoining bridleways 3 and 3A.
We are supporting this addition to the bridleway network. 26 May 21: Planning permisison was denied. The developer is appealing. The plans themselves can be seen by entering planning application number 5/2020/3022 on the planning search page. |
