Legal History 1 Nov 1953: Bygrave 13 was recorded as a bridleway on the original definitive map and statement. DM sheet DM4-16, DM-4, DM7 and DM4-19. 1 Nov 1953: Bygrave 14 was recorded as CRB (Carriage Road used as a Bridleway) on the original definitive statement. DM sheet DM4-16. 31 Dec 1977: Bygrave 13 was shown as a bridleway on the special review draft map and statement. DM sheets SR-6. 31 Dec 1977: Bygrave 14 was shown as a bridleway on the special review draft map and statement. DM sheets SR-6. There must have been an objection as no change was made. 2 May 2006: Restricted Byway rights were confirmed or created on Bygrave 14 by virtue of ss 47 and 48 Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000. 26 Mar 2018: Application to record Bygrave 13 from A505 to Ashwell Road as restrcited byway. HCC reference NH/309.

Path: [Bygrave] 14.  Status: Restricted Byway.  Definitive Map sheets: 5 and 6 Commences from Baldock - Biggleswade Road N of Blackhorse Farm at parish boundary thence NE along same past BR2 to junction with BR13.
