This route starts as Walkern 2 bridleway from the public road near Walkern Park, and runs generally southeastwards to become Walkern 3 bridleway at a junction with two footpaths. It continues generally southwards then southeastwards to a junction with Walkern 3A bridleway then southwestwards through a junction with Walkern 3B bridleway to end at a junction with Benington 26 bridleway and Little Munden 18 bridleway at the parish boundary.
