This byway starts on Milton Road and runs along the road known as 'Thundercourt'.

At the time of the BHS 2022 Access Survey (17 Jul 22), no gates were across the path. There was no statutory signage indicating that it is a public right of way. There is landowner signage purporting to enforce a 'no parking' regime and a speed limit. This route is now essentially an estate road.
